• You must register using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each person may hold only one active account on ox99. Opening multiple accounts to circumvent limits or claim duplicate bonuses is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your ox99 account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions made, and any changes to account settings, regardless of who physically operates the account at the time. ox99 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the user failed to implement reasonable security measures.

• Keep your username and password strictly confidential. Do not share account credentials with any third party.
• Notify ox99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious transaction activity.
• You must not allow any other person, including minors, to access or use your account at any time.
• Accounts found to be used by a third party, or sold, transferred, or brokered, will be permanently closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited at ox99's discretion.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

ox99 supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ox99 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits, though individual payment processors may apply their own service charges.

• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits are published in the Payments section of the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. ox99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory verification of account identity.
• Funds deposited may only be withdrawn to a payment method in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

4. Bonuses and Promotions
